This level also includes body conditioning, the study of different choreographic styles & techniques, as well as repertoire. BT3 Level classes are for students ages 9.5-13 years old, and are by placement only.īallet Theatre 4-6 + Pointe/Body Conditioning + Rep: BT4-6 Classes meet 3 days a week (6-7 hours/week) and focus on High Elementary - Intermediate ballet & pointe technique, based upon both the RAD and Balanchine philosophies. BT1 Level classes are for students ages 6.5-9 years old, and are by placement only.īallet Theatre 2 + Rep: BT2 Level Classes meet once a week for 90 minutes and focus on Pre-Elementary ballet technique, based upon the RAD syllabus. This level also studies two specific stories/ballets, over the course of an entire school year where students will learn & memorize choreography from whatever story or ballet they're focusing on. Students in BT1 will also learn & memorize choreography from whatever story or ballet they're focusing on, for their end-of-semester, *in-studio presentations. This Level is for children ages 3.5-6.5 years old & no experience is required.īallet Theatre 1 + Rep: BT1 Level Classes meet once a week for 60 minutes and focus on Primary ballet technique, based upon the RAD syllabus.
